課程概述 |
本學期將以研讀哈伯馬斯的代表性法理學著作「事實性與效力」為主要內容。 |
|
課程目標 |
透過文獻研讀，讓修課者掌握哈伯馬斯法理學的問題意識與重要理論辯論的要旨，並發展自身論證的能力。 |
|
課程要求 |
修課條件：應具英文閱讀基礎；懂德文更佳。
成績考核：
1.學期中要提出口頭報告至少一次。
2.每週提出進度摘要書面報告。
3.期末考。
4.不得缺席超過一次。
